Here are a few helpful tips and keyboard shortcuts while in the platform.

To turn on debug mode enter the keystroke control + shift + D
To impersonate another user enter the keystroke option + I this is very helpful for end user testing.
For help finding the names of components on a page while scripting enter the keystroke option + J
When filling out "details forms" you can press tab to autofill the plural label.
While typing in Speaks to start a new line enter the keystroke option + enter
To view your space tree enter the keystroke option + S
